Before Sunset

Man and woman enjoy the pleasure in the moment “Before Sunset.” As the sun melts warmly into the horizon, so, too, do these lovers become part of each other at day’s end. Their toils are done, their worries can wait till tomorrow, and he offers her his pomegranate, the most tender fruit of himself. Reading the poetry he’s given her, she lifts her glass gently. He brushes her arm with his own. After drinking his own wine, he coaxes her to join him as he muses dreamily of the night ahead.
